2017 News

Sonstraal progeny in the ring - 2017




Fudge's (Sonstraal Christmas Eve at Kazval JW) daughter Ava - Ballyriver Hot Caramel for Fahari won both the Limit and Open Bitch classes followed by the Bitch CC and Reserve Best in Show at the RRCS Championship show under judge Marjon Franke (Musanga) from the Netherlands.  Delighted for owner Liz Hughson (pictured).



Brad daughter Minnie - Gabisa Margarita won 2nd in Limit bitch followed by the RCC, congratulations owner/breeders Gillian Hutcheson & Stuart Ogilvie.



Farah - Gabisa Shiant owned by Liz Hughson won 1st and 2nd at the RRCS Champ show.  Farah is Brad & Anny's daughter (Sonstraal Gabby Anny of Gabisa).

Zenya - Gabisa Woo Woo at Zougani JW ShCM has had a great show career so far with a Challenge Certificate in October 2016 under Tom Johnson, RCC at Belfast under Frank Whyte and RCC at SKC in May 2016 under Lisa Aitken.  Congratulations to owner Eileen Nelson.




Elvis' daughter Iris  - Kamili Coat of Many Colours won 2nd in the Open bitch class at RRCS champ show in November 2017.  Iris has done extremely well to date, winning 2 x CC's - both with Best of Breed under Breed Specialist Mr David Seaman (Sansilver) at East of England in 2016 and all-rounder Mrs D. Kenis-Pordham  at Paignton, 2016.  Congratulations to breeder/owner Kate Maylor.

 

Sonstraal Dogs in the ring

Elvis - Ch Sonstraal Chocolate Storm ShCM pictured at 10 years old winning Best Veteran in Show in November 2017 at the RRCS Champ show.  This year he has only been shown lightly due to owner & breeder judging commitments but still won Veteran Dog at Crufts (no BVIB at this show), Best Veteran and Best in Show at 9 years of age at the RRCS Open show in April & Best Veteran in Breed at SKC in August.
